Retailer

1. Store to complete form below on customers behalf.
2. Once submitted & received, BWT will email customer a Certificate of Warranty for safekeeping.
3. BWT will invoice the store directly.

End User

1. Customer to complete the online application form below.
2. BWT will contact you during normal business hours to arrange payment by phone via credit or debit card for $100 inc GST.
3. Once payment is made, BWT will email a Certificate of Warranty for safekeeping.
